Ayden is a pilot and is participating in an air show in Boulder, CO. During his show, the planes in his unit are shot down and his is also hit. Luckily, he puts his down in the water and survives.
This is the story of his journey to determine what is going on in the country. He discovers that the world he knew previously is gone. He makes a decision to head North to Montana where he thinks it will be free.
There are 26 states against the UN now. Along the way, he meets up with Will and Amanda and they play a pivotal role in this story.
Highly recommended.
A good premise ruined by bad spelling and grammar! I think it can be salvaged if the author returns to the basic premise and fleshes out some details as well as addresses the mechanical issues.

This was a first of this type of story for me. It is actually an idea this author thought of that others had not and it made for a good evening read.
Great Book it will live along side Alas Babylon
A fun read that keeps you wondering what is going to happen next. The story draws you in, and wont let you out until you have read it cover to cover. I enjoyed this book and am looking forward to the sequel.
